Business Development & Marketing Manager (SAAS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and take responsibility for revenue generation
- Generate new business by calling leads, generating leads and visiting clients
- Organise and attend events to generate new clients and promote the clients software services
- Be responsible for the full business development, sales, and marketing cycle from customer acquisition right though to retention
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
- Highly data driven, analytical and structured
- Continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
- Evidence of over achievement, with strong drive and enthusiasm
- Appetite to move forward quickly in an organization that is scaling fast
- Identify and create new referral partners to generate new clients.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Business Development Role.
- Ideally experience selling a SAAS related product.
- Proven track record of delivering against targets
- Proven experience growing or scaling a company’s customer base
- Experience working within a start-up environment an advantage

Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
