Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic fundraising and communications leader who has experience of creating and delivering innovative plans and who will drive change across the organisation to achieve ambitious fundraising and philanthropy programmes.
As Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications you will work closely with the Chief Executive as part of the leadership team. The role will also involve working with the Board and subcommittees.
Key requirements and responsibilities:
- Extensive track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve income growth across sustainable fundraising and philanthropy programmes to generate funds.
- You will be a driven leader who will be responsible for embedding a high-performance culture across the team; one that is target driven, with a growth mind-set, donor focused and responsive to changing environments.
- You will have demonstrable experience of planning, identifying and developing fundraising programmes and KPIs all whilst using insights and data-led decision-making to deliver on objectives.
- You will have an extensive track record of building effective philanthropic and supporter relationships with a passion for generating support which will help to make a real lasting impact the cause.
