HR Director – Dublin North (90-95k)

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and roll out group initiatives across the business such as talent management and succession planning, employee engagement and wellbeing, and performance management.
  • Coach and support local Operations Managers in the application of HR policies.
  • Support the local managers and advise on appropriate HR plans
  • Preparing and providing for TUPE activity.
  • Support local recruitment activity and manage the on boarding of new employees to ensure the employee experience is in line company expectations.

Skills and experience

  • Experience of and a proven track record of operating at Board / Senior Management level
  • Experience in TUPE and mobilisation.
  • Track record of developing teams, demonstrate and provide examples of delivering coaching, training and support to managers, organizational effectiveness and enhancing skills and capability.
  • Experience in a country-wide multi-site business that is fast
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to influence key decision-makers and to challenge as necessary.
