Inside Sales Manager
The Role
Primary function is to manage the day-to-day effectiveness of an international inside sales team located in Ireland and the UK to ensure the efficient flow of:
* Inbound sales enquiries
* Outbound lead generation
* Cross selling
* Account management & development activities
* Sales pipeline control
* Tender coordination and submission
* Sales, Margin and KPI target attainment
Team development and mentoring, specifically in the following areas:
* Skills and training gap identification
* Productivity and efficiency
* Culture
* Reliability
* Team Motivation & Engagement
* Performance monitoring & feedback
