Project Coordinator – Public Sector
Orange Recruitment is currently working with a State Agency who require a Project Coordinator for a new project team based in Dublin 9. This team will be rolling out new software across Healthcare Units within the organisation.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising daily with the Product Manager and IT team.
- Interacting with the client coordinators, internal stakeholders and other senior team members
- Responsible for checking surveys/questionnaires and all other outbound for communications
- The entering of all key information and reports into the project management system (Project Vision)
- Communicating job progress and answering internal and external queries by telephone and email
- Interpreting insights/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and Project Manager
- Liaise with and support the documentation of all internal meetings
- Participation in team meetings and following through actions/projects
- Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of project processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Excellent administration and communication skills are a must
- Must be meticulous and have an eye for detail
- Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and to be able to determine and organise priorities
- An innovative mindset to contribute to process efficiency initiatives
- Comfortable working with client contacts from multiple nationalities so clear communication skills are key
- Ability to run the Project Manager’s diary smoothly
- Experience with the software Project Vision would be highly beneficial
